📖 Excel Format & Usage Instructions
1. How to name your files:
Create a separate .xlsx file for each individual subject paper. Save the file exactly with the name of that subject (e.g., English.xlsx, Mathematics.xlsx, or Science.xlsx). The portal uses the file name as the subject title on the report card.
2. Required Excel Column Structure:
Every excel sheet must contain all students listed in that exam paper with these exact column headers:

3. System Steps to Generate:
- Enter your official institution or school name.
- Upload your optional school emblem crest/logo image file.
- Click the marksheet file input button and **select all your subject sheets together** (hold Ctrl or Shift to select multiple files).
